Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the UK.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier):

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Tracked Delivery (Optional Upgrade):

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Tracking number provided once shipped

Delivery times depend on Royal Mail/courier services and may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight, size, and your chosen delivery method.

You will see the full cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

If you choose a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking code in your shipping confirmation email.
Standard delivery does not include tracking.


Incorrect Address Issues

Please check your delivery details carefully at checkout.
If an address is entered incorrectly and an order is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Once a parcel is confirmed lost, you can choose:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

We’ve got your back — every time.


Damaged Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and the item.
We’ll sort a replacement or refund straight away.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
