At Sophie’s Craft Corner, every piece is crafted with care, attention, and a sprinkle of chaos-free magic. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we sort it — quickly, fairly, and without the faff.
Returns
Because most items are handmade, personalised, or created in small batches, we can only accept returns in specific situations.
You may return an item if:

It arrives damaged or faulty

You received the wrong item

There is a clear craftsmanship issue
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

A photo of the issue

A quick description of what went wrong
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, you can choose between:

A refund to your original payment method

An exchange

A store credit
Refunds are issued once the item has been returned and inspected. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 3–10 working days to appear.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items can’t be returned, including:

Custom or personalised products

Mystery boxes

Sale items

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
If an item arrives damaged, that still counts — we’ll take care of you.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If something shows up looking like it lost a fight with a delivery gremlin, send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll sort it ASAP with a replacement or refund.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your parcel goes missing in transit, we’ll help investigate with the courier. Once confirmed lost, you’ll receive a replacement or refund — your choice.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for eligible items if the product is returned unused and in perfect condition. Just message us within the 14-day window to arrange it.
